My goodness -- defiantly #2 -- GW after all did nothing more that defeat the most powerfull military in the world -- declined to be dictator and gave the republic called the USA it's start -- of course that's nothing compared to what the libs/college professors think about the FDR socialism efforts -- it's a wonder Biden didn't make #3 in the ranking
