That's pretty incredible when you take rates being high and the housing market being as tight as it is...will there be a restatement? I've stopped seeing foot traffic looking at listings in the subdivision I live in. Last year there were way more for sale signs up and more foot traffic. I'm in what you would call a younger buyer, highly desirable area. Houses sold in my sub have all gone for much higher in price than the actual listing price because of bidding wars.
Maybe the numbers are being juiced due to no one wanting to sell currently and everyone is just making their payments on time?
