and, for a company that purportedly has over 2000 clients in Asia, South America, and North America, all their snail-mail (physical mail) must be sent to their registered agent's office? They have no office of their own? The CEO doesn't have his own physical address that mail could be sent to?

One glaring fact I've noticed repeatedly (and not just with Park's scam, but with most OTC scams): all these deals with other companies (partnerships, jvs, purchases, mergers, etc.) are always with private companies, never with public companies. Gee, I wonder why? (private companies do not have to reveal their actual financials to the public, and so wildly optimistic claims (e.g., 2000+ clients) can be trumpeted across the rooftops with no way to verify. Simple as that).
