how was the property PAID for ? which one of PARKS buddies owned that property that in this market is WAY overpriced? whens the R/S to accommodate all parks purchases? can PARKS judgements be attached to SPZI?
Re. the 510 Hamilton apartments JKP claims he acquired and the new project he proposes to build 3/4 mile SW of it. Both are located within a "special improvement district" ...a sort of economic/ enterprise zone. I presume this entitles property owners to some sort of tax exemption or other incentives for building in a depressed area.
I wonder how the city and taxpayers feel when those incentives result in delinquent/ non-payment of taxes...even those that may be discounted.
