Because JKP chooses to be less than truthful. Example:

On Jan 19, 2024 he announces--

"SPZI: JP 3E Holdings, Inc. Secures US Department of Homeland Security EB-5 Program and Procures the Acquisition of CIG International."

In 2018 CIG partnered with The US Regional Center Group, a premier EB-5 regional center organization with projects exceeding US $1.4 billion of EB-5 capital commitments, providing EB-5 investment services and expertise in key economic hubs within the United States of extraordinary magnitude....

Currently, CIG is working on the Agriculture Technology Campus (“ATC”), a rural Infrastructure project eligible for EB-5 priority processing. Investors will be repaid upon refinancing permanent loans that are guaranteed by the United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) through a rigorous federal loan guarantee review and has been designated as a “high-security project” in the EB-5 industry. Located in Early Branch, South Carolina, ATC is a massive undertaking consisting of a 6,000-acre site that will host 18 hydroponic greenhouses and 2 processing, co-packing and distribution facilities, a 100 megawatt solar facility, multi-family apartment complexes for over 1,500 workers, and a biochar processing facility. As its tenant for the facilities to be developed in phase 2, ATC has secured Harvest House U.A. ( https://www.harvesthouse.nl/en ) as a Strategic Partner which generates over 1 billion euro in annual revenue as an international association of growers with multigenerational experience in growing, selling and distributing fresh, organic, pesticide-free produce in hydroponic greenhouses. https://cigunited.com/?page_id=6269#current

Yet according to local news THAT WAS A LIE .

"SC agriculture campus canceled deal for foreign investments, but visa program still touted"
By David Wren dwren@postandcourier.com
Feb 18, 2024

Early BRANCH — A plan to solicit foreign investments for the fledgling Agriculture-Technology Campus was shelved months ago but a company that specializes in an esoteric visa program is still marketing the Hampton County project to people willing to spend big money to secure a green card,

Hong Kong-based CIG Partners Ltd has been advertising the project to foreign investors interested in obtaining EB-5 visas..... John Park, the chief executive officer of CIG parent JP3E Holdings, did not respond to a request for comment. CIG's website describes the rural ... (Paid subscription required-- I didn't bother)

Based on this story and others by local media the ATC project cut ties with CIG and Park "MONTHS before Feb 18th" yet he was still using the lie to hype both SPZI not to mention what he was doing in NC to warrant this report. See article cover below

Park formed G2 GLOBAL in 2017 for the purpose of "raising up EB5 investment" from foreigners looking to buy US visas, green cards and citizenships. However, I can't find where he recruited more than 2 or 3 candidates. IMO at some point he likely used that EB5 investor carrot to team up with Hamilton Street Associates which as formed/owned by Perry Pavicic who developed 510 Hamilton apartments. IMO he pulled the same scam with Rocky Singh who is developing the apartment complex in Kokomo, IN which he said would result in $24 million flowing into SPZI. It didn't and that deal collapsed. He also said that the CIG acquisition was "terminated"...their fault of course.
