Here's the lunacy--Park was trying to push this project thru at least a YEAR before he supposedly "bought" the property in 2023 for a whopping $4,195,000. So now he wants to bulldoze a relatively new strip center that's fully occupied with rent paying tenants? So he purports to lose all that income, incur costs of breaking leases, continue paying the mortgage while trying to pull off this major building project? Furthermore, I can't find any evidence of him ever building anything?

I've taken the same Google ''street view'' of the area and it seems there are plenty of crappy properties available to raze and develop.

Someone posted "Park likes to layer LLC's." I don't doubt it. IMO he needs as many firewalls between him and the courts as possible.
