Here's the problem...two similarly named LLC's.

"Hamilton Street ASSOCIATES" is the one Pavicic added Park as a member. IT owns 510 Hamilton.

"Hamilton Street HOLDINGS" is owned by John and/or Yohan Park (more on that later)

And there's another. Seems quite a shell game
