Yeah buddy fire up that lawsuit!! I bet once it starts to cost folks more money they just might try and learn how the process works.
A lawsuit will just be throwing away more money to a bad investment but hey it’s your money to waste. The lawsuit will never materialize

That's amusing, all one had to do was read the public documents concerning FKA bioaq. Even better, the judge gave everyone an open window to object during the CCAA process, no one took it.
Even better than that, lawyers had to address former shareholders directly in several PR releases and the 10th report because of the delusional nonsense from retail holders.
