Can you say where you saw or heard that or post it better yet? I can't find it anywhere. I know they killed the warrants because they expired then delisted them, but the stock all I could find was a possible July 1 meeting with no outcome shown yet. Saw July 8th mentioned in one doc mentioned that date as that's when their 180 days ran out ? If they have until Dec 23rd 2024, great. I just want to see it in writing or hear it from the horse's mouth. Thanks.
Found out that Nasdaq did not give them a July 1 hearing, or an extension yet. They will get their hearing early next month from what it sounded like from the company's official PR firm. They might get bumped from Nasdaq unless they get one more 180 day extension next month to Jan or Feb. Earnings report by Aug 15th or earlier sounds likely.
