The shooter got off at least five shots. That is what those of us who were watching TV at the time heard. And as you ought to know, four others were hit: one died, two are in the hospital, now in stable condition, and one whose neck was grazed. Obviously, they were not all hit by a single shot from the perp.
The Secret Service held Trump down for several minutes, until they got word in their ears that the killer was dead, and communicated that news to Trump. They then pulled him up and got him to his limo.
Nothing about any of that will be an "issue".
