The assets and employees aren’t “suspended”, they’re gone. Good luck thinking a company comes back after 6 years with no required financials and having no assets or employees at all.
If someone “unsuspended” the shares now after 5 years (HAHAHA), they literally wouldn’t have the resources or manpower to open a lemonade stand.
