What you call a "Parkinson Doctor" had been visiting the White House consistently since 2012. He spends some of his time working in the WH medical office, which is large. The people there don't only treat the president and people who work in the WH. The staff also treats more than 1,000 people in the military.

No one has any idea who Cannard usually sees there:

Actually the problem has been covered up, for months, if not for a few years or more, not exaggerated. And over a dozen Democrats have publicly spoken and organized that he should step down.

And once again, I'll remind you that Trump LITERALLY FOAMED AT THE MOUTH while speaking recently. And he never really makes sense, or says anything that's true.
