In the 40’s before and after WW2 Republican politicians spouted propaganda direct from Hitler and then the remnants of the Nazi party. Look at the trials of the Nazi’s who slaughtered American unarmed soldiers in Malmedy. The Who were spreading false tales about what happened. That is how Senator Joe McCarthy got his start. Look at the Republican politicians who supported America First back then and also the Silver Shirts.
