Park picks 2 auditing firms a stone's throw from "former CEO" Paul D Strickland manufactured home in Largo, FL. The one who did the audit is currently registered at a mail drop inside a STAPLES office supply store.

Rather strange that he claims to have clocked out as CEO & Chairman back in 2008 yet his name is on all the disclosures!!

Even his Facebook page only lists his tenure as CEO/ Chairman with Spooz at the bottom of his professional history...nothing about it at the top.

Who cares about the integrity of the auditor?

This is just a deflection, a smoke screen, to get people not to look at the actual filing.

what did the filing reveal? What did the filing not reveal?

Where are (among other things) all of the hundreds of millions of dollars from "fully executed contracts" announced back in 2023??

If you want to play these games with acronyms about auditing, what about G.A.A.P?? Didn't some of trumpet that the audit was a GAAP audit? Under GAAP, revenue is recognized upon execution of a contract, not when money is actually received. This is why there exist such things as accounts receivable, and bad debts accounting.

So, Park et al. spoke of fully executed contracts way way back now, and you folks went bananas with greed. SO: WHERE ARE THE REVENUES FROM THE FULLY EXECUTED CONTRACTS? They don't look so "fully executed", do they?
