What do you make of this?? Normally they post a proxy statement every year to vote on the same directors every year. Will we be voting on new directors this time? I havent seen anything like this before. Maybe one of Icahns companies, or a spin off of one of the many companies that he has won proxy fights against will be going public through $ENZN? I expect to see a lot more 8K’s drop over the coming weeks. These next few months will be interesting!
