Condor, I know you are investor but from watching your postings you are just too lazy to do your own DD and just poking others to do it for you. Just like bashers and hedges gofers want us to provide DD for them to trade accordingly.
Call your brokers and demand your dividends to be unrestricted. Be prepared to listen for hours of excuses. I did it few times, pretty entertaining while waiting to hear the words from back office.
