Not so sure -- question is should he get immunity for obstructing law enforcement people from regaining the classified documents he stole. Surely the answer there is no. And in telling his VP to not recognize a fair and legal election result. Surely the answer has to be no.
Those questions are corrupted -- did not steal documents -- talking to his VP about anything is immune -- likely those charges will be dropped -- a dispute over document classification cannot happen because obviously such classification is part of his presidential duties
