True. From what I understand it's a five-day notice window of options as payment with the SEC but you're right, it would have to be an outright stock transfer in lieu of cash. I'm with the Fisherman, "there are other activities underway". Seems like cover for something else going on to me. Hell, many peeps are e-mailing him.....He had to come up with something.....GLTA HB
