I will add, as I had been looking for this quote from Docket 295: Declaration in Support of the Combined Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation by Craig Jalbert a Humanigen Director.

Here, Subordinated Claims in Class 4 and Existing Equity Interests in Class 5 are deemed cancelled. Additionally, no Holders of Claims or Equity Interests that are subordinate to the Subordinated Claims in Class 4 or the Existing Equity Interests in Class 5 will receive a Distribution or retain any property under the Combined Plan and Disclosure Statement.
