Giving out a bunch of news prior to the hearing will all be somewhat inadmissable at the hearing.
The hearing will deal with securities issues up to a point in time .... most likely until the end of November 2006.

They do have a named CFO in place though. They just haven't PR'd it. Something about wanting to unload all the good news around the 23rd so as to mazimize the GFYM and catch 'shorty' sound asleep. Shhhhhhh.

Don't suppose you'd like to share your source for this information? I find it very interesting that given the language in the last PR published by the company, that the company would not be responding to shareholder requests for information except through broadly disseminated press releases, some company supporters seem to have been given quite a bit of information that could only have come from the company.
