BIOAQ shares are locked to Delaware 4612067. They LEGALLY can NOT transfer out to a newco.
The suggestion would equal bankruptcy fraud. Repeating it, it doesn't make it legal.
Creditor's - every single one of them - are in front of equity holders, equity holders are last in line.
The distribution has already taken place years ago.
The former company does not even own it's trade name any longer.
