You’re correct it is a message board for FKA (Formerly Known As) BioAmber. It’s Formerly Known As because BioAmber doesn’t exist anymore and hasn’t since 2018 when the BOD resigned and all the assets were sold to LCYB leaving all the creditors impaired with no chance of recovery.
I don’t have an opinion about FKA BioAmber I have the facts and that’s all. The facts are that it was liquidated for a fraction of its liabilities leaving all of its creditors impaired and its shareholders stuck holding worthless shares forever. You’re holding a majority of worthless stock attached to a company that’s been out of business for over 5 years with Zero chance of recovery.
How is it that so many invested in a Q stock yet don’t have a clue about the bankruptcy and liquidation of a PUBCO?
