Common sense tells one there is nothing there 15 feet below the sand when there is an exposed ballast pile showing along with the amazing worm poop entrustment. These comments are hard to believe, like make it up as you go. Even if there was but six feet of sand, it certainly won't be removed using Reynolds little battery powered aquatic vacuum cleaner.
