I've done my research. Listened to every conf call, sometimes more then once. He's a good person. This is gonna be his swan song. He's had high profile spots at the biggest companies. He's brilliant, extremely well educated, and his whole life and even those around him are in Pharma particularly manufacturing and R&D.
The game has been over for the shorts for a long time.
I must say I’m very happy with the news, but I don’t think anyone would have expected this. I was pissed when these ANDAs were sold. Now that we’ll have them back and sell under our label I am content. There is a real debate whether there really was any risk to Elite vs the forgone revenue. Perceived risk is what often has companies make moves vs actual risk. It’s in the past and we’ll never know. Just glad to have them back. Ready to see them launched. Kudos to all shareholders.
Nope, Nasrat didn't sell Elite's entire line of opiods. He loaned them out for 5 years...and got them back today for the same price. No worse for the wear, the danger of being sued behind us, Elite having a big ole new warehouse and packaging area to prepare and store all of them safely.
Sure, whatever you say. I do love being proved right, again. By hook or by crook, I'm glad they're home. Should be an interesting call. My only regret is needlessly missing out on $250M+ revenue we would have made by commercialising them on approval. Too bad. Now let's stop dicking around with them and make some money.
