The CEO of this company was named as a Co-conspirator in a federal criminal indictment. In the said indictment, Campanella was accused by the United States Attorney of having FORGED letters to claim he had access to 3M masks, when in fact Campanella did not. Campanella ultimately wasn't charged with a crime for reasons unknown, many times the government wants the mastermind and the co-conspirators are used as leverage. But the criminal indictment still stands and Campanella's role is undisputed. You have previously claimed a United States prosecutor falsely accused Campanella of these crimes, which is comical given Campanella's lengthy history of scams.
Campanella knows the identity of the New York Times writer that outlined his criminal acts, he can sue the writer and NY Times easily but he won't because the allegations stated are true.
Furthermore, Campanella would not dare sue anyone because it would open himself up to discovery, and he would have to provide evidence to support that everything he's promoted over the years with emails, texts, and contracts. We all know he's a pump and dump specialist and he'd never risk exposing himself. LMFAO
