Doesn't matter. Auditor should be able to audit the financials. They have already investigated.

There is a possibility in anything. Nils could be paying firms to relentlessly audit the company and never get it audited. Which to me makes zero sense. It would put him in a bad place knowing he could never audit his companies financials but continues to do so. And it would be down on paper would would be grounds to win a lawsuit for lying to shareholders.
