DSWL - It's a head scratcher why this doesn't move higher. The dividend yield is over 8 percent, it trades way below tangible book value, has a ton of cash/cash equivalents on the balance sheet, and sports a low p/e.

I'm still biding my time here collecting that fat dividend.
