You are the embarrassment here when you open your mouth because you are paid to make Bioamber's shareholders shut up, regarding Mitsui and Bioamber are partners and mitsui put 60M into Bioamber Sarnia (150M plant) and the rest the Government of Canada, why would Mitsui agree to free Bioamber Sarnia for $1 if nothing for him in the merger/agreement? Why would he agree for Lcy/KKR take over Bioamber Sarnia for 4.3M or the government of Canada?
