Cann American Corp. Is the only name FINRA and the SEC recognize and accept. It has not changed it's name at the FINRA/SEC level.

The SEC/FINRA will not allow a name change corporate action at the Federal level because CNNA is in violation of FINRA Rule 6490, so no future name change or merger will be allowed until the missing financials are filed.

Yet, before 2019 and after the missing financial of 2016 and 2017 , Canamed4Pets, Inc. was only name FINRA and the SEC recognize and accept. but after 2019 the name recognized at the FINRA/SEC level. HAS BEEN CHANGED TO Cann American Corp.

It doesn't seem to support your claim, now does it?
