Takeover: Look at the bigger picture here!
Affluence/ Durham Black is set up as a holding company so think of it this way Patrick Shutt and his team can do what they does best. They build leading technology companies that other major companies want to buyout.
Digibriks we don’t know how that will be set up as a company yet but I think it will be set up as Digibriks SL or as a USA Inc or LLC. Either way Digibriks will be like another holding company with OneMind Technologies and what i think will be the owners of the dotcom name Digibriks which i believe is MingoThings International and 2 or 3 other companies.
When Digibriks company will be completed as a group of companies it will have become a technology leading company in its market and it could become a target of a takeover.
If Digibriks was set up as a USA corporation Affluence Durham Black could do a spinoff of Digibriks group of companies. In this case all shareholders of AFFU will own shares of the new company and AFFU will retain a large owner of the spinoff company.
OneMind Technologies SL is set up as a Spain company and most likely the other companies coming into Digibriks may be Spain companies too, that is what SL means a Spain type of company. In this case i think Durham Black already has a plan to build the Digibriks SL group of companies as a major leading technology company that will get bought out by a larger corporation. In this case Durham Black Inc the holding company sells Digibriks company to the buyer whoever is looking to take Digibriks over and Durham Black Inc and shareholders of Durham Black Inc benefit from the sale.
Durham Black Inc at that point is still a holding company and Patrick and his team can do what they do best to build another company from the ground up into a major technology company to sell.
What companies may want to buyout Digibriks? Lets start by corporate partnerships that we know of. Then the list get bigger because the other companies coming into Digibriks are most likely to have corporate partnerships too.

If OneMind grows into Digibriks with 3 or 4 other companies it is going to trigger and interest as a takeover target from more than the 3 listed companies below.
