Can I ask where you got the info from. Can’t seem to find it

You get "court case" information from the freaking COURT which is the ONLY valid place to get it - contrary to the dog shit peddled on crime pump sites StockTwits etc.

Contrary to the bullshit peddled on Stocktwits by Rosen-SCUMS paid shills - the "motion" is now "on the court calendar" and The Court WILL NOT take it lightly if the shit head "tries" to accelerate/move ahead the court docket barring ANYTHING except a damn dire life or death emergency - Brett Rosen and this shitty crime scene have NO MORE "RIGHT" to a speedier hearing than any other 100's other civil cases.....

The motion hearing date is AUTO-SET by the docketing calendar and CA courts are some of the slowest and most backed-up in this nation WTF !!!

NOTHING is even remotely "unusual" to wait months for a literal 5 minute or less ZOOM "call up" hearing which is all this will be - CIVIL LAWSUITS are "common" to take 2 to 3 YEARS from start to resolution......medical malpractice....wrongful death....EASY years in a CA court....

"RIGHT TO A SPEEDY TRIAL" is for criminal cases as it's a Constitutional right - NOTHING guarantees that to civil cases !! A criminal may be locked up trying to get out on bond or whatever - and STILL those cases move at snails pace from start to sentencing and almost NONE ever see a "jury" as in 98% of ALL cases are "settled" pre-trial....all across this nation......

ROSEN SCUM and his dumb shit attorney already pissed this judge off pulling the Ex-parte stunt to "Speed up the motion calendar" on the first try- the judge flushed that Strickland bullshit like yesterday's dog crap.

IF they "try" again to accelerate the motion calendar to bump ahead to front of the line- they're looking at the SHIT LIST of that judge, 100% guaranteed !!
