Why wouldn't FoxEss seek other distributors?

SNPW doesn't have an exclusive with FoxEss ike they do with GEP SOLAR in the US.

SNPW deal with FoxEss is the right to distribute FoxEss products around the globe into areas where FoxEss itself is already distributing their product and in other countries where distributors are already in place.

It is a big world and a big country plenty of opportunity for every one.

A year ago the company told us that FoxEss was setting up it own distributorship in the US,

Nick Campanella: SNPW has very strong connections and team leaders that we work with at FoxEss. In the beginning when we announced our partnership they had just started to entertain working in the USA and we decided to help them by doing some research and testing with their team and our team to make sure the products would be applicable in the US market. We also helped with testing and installation to make sure all was correct. They then applied for a UL certification and received final approval at the beginning of the year. After this SNPW started working on developing our sales team for active marketing. FoxEss has developed their own US representatives and entity to be able to operate in the USA. The SNPW team has strong relations with FoxESS and we are now in the process of bringing in inventory as well as getting them set up for bank approval of their product when homeowners are looking to finance their installations.

If a certain someone didn't pose as an attorney and threaten Don Moss with legal action if he didn't spill the beans about all he knew about Campanella and SNPW maybe the company would have remained transparent as it was over the last 6 years prior to that action.

I wonder how much the STUPID ILLEGAL actions of a certain someone has set back the business plan of SNPW and whether or not that certain someone STUPID ILLEGAL actions might be the reason financing was delayed and the RS was required to be enacted.

Posing as an attorney and telling SNPW partners that their partner is involved in an SEC fraud investigate and by association they are involved in that investigation would cause negotiations to come to a pause until the truth was verified.

This certain someone also claims they are filing a lawsuit, but we all know this is a lie because he would have to reveal his real identity on the court paper and if that happens he knows he would be facing jail time.
