Well they can’t at the moment and the market knows this. It would not surprise me if they did as soon as merger is complete. Also I have been pushing for share buy back, no idea if they will but no harm in having this in place and use some of that cash unless they have other plans for it.

I know. That’s ridiculous. If they were gonna buy it would be before the news and merger not after. Besides they can give themselves shares anytime they want. The investments they made were purely a grab at rx and now it all comes back to them anyway. Holt, those of us left from our gang should have our heads examined….
