hi mahatmapaul I suspect we refer to different things. I was a shareholder in SPZI from 2009 I think. The company was dormant until a couple of years ago and there were no audited financials I think. To be able to present audited financials from the beginning of this year I think based on what I have read that financials from a double-digit number of previous years have to be audited ( I may be mistaken but that is my impression). There may not be much work involved since the company was dormant. When it comes to 2024 I assume audited finanials will only be required in the Annual report next year.
