His biggest mistake was trying to do too much too soon. He should have stayed focus on staying current and built the PPS by trust and announcing progress in business activities. Instead he announced a RS shortly after the CC and destroyed PPS. Thus he doesn't have the moneys to file. Bad move on Mark's part and he was told here by shareholders.
