Look Janice, if I have to exercise my calls, my calls are NOT in the best physical shape I would like them to be in. Who do I get~? A personal trainer~? What kind of shape should they be in before I exercise them~? Do I need a doctor's okay~? And should they do light to moderate exercise or just walk the block a few times~?
