Wrong. They have to put it up for a vote being a public company NOT a private company. Our votes are a waste as they control 76% but they still have to give us the chance to vote. Amazing how little people know about public companies. They can do whatever they want to our shares controlling 76%. We are toast. I just hope we get the cash and it's not restricted. They basically screwed us.plain and simple.
