She didn't buy from what I see. Note that the OTC site shows zero change in outstanding share count dated June 10th. The form 4 shows two purchases for the 5th and 6th. It looks like she exchanged the debt for shares and they are calling it a purchase. This smacks of stock manipulation since there is no 8K explaining what is really going on. There is even a press release promoting this. Get ready for conversions after the 15th, the latest maturity date, for the $250K note with anti-dilution provisions. Bail if you can, this is a short term gift in my opinion.

Mirage Realty, LLC
On November 15, 2023, the Company, entered into a senior secured promissory note in the aggregate principal amount of $250,000 for net proceeds of $223,500 after an original issue discount and fees of $26,500. The note earns interest at 10% per annum and originally matured on March 15, 2024. The maturity date was extended to April 15, 2024, with no change to the terms of the note or any additional consideration paid to the noteholder.
