Permit me to remind you that those people were proved to be dead wrong.
The economy is just about always in first place. And let me also remind you that except in the case of abortions that are medical necessities, women get them because they're ECONOMIC necessities. Most women who choose to get abortions are MARRIED with children; they and their husbands can't afford another child. It's often an economic necessity for single women, too.
