Large Green... you said that investors who signed releases are Beneficiaries of the DST because they own the estate........ I have submitted many times documents that say that WMI owns the estate before, and after chapter 11 closure, and in no way will estate remains go to investors!!!!!!... its right there in the documents which you dismiss , or did not read..... The filings say that TITLE TO ALL ASSETS BELONG TO THE DEBTOR, JPM, AND THE FDIC, AND WMIL-T... why do you place people on ignore?... you could learn something even if you disagree with them, and check out their assertions.... because you did not read the documents, you keep repeating the same stuff IN CONTRADICTION TO OFFICIAL FILINGS.... now WMIH says that there is no safe harbor assets, or off balance sheet assets... who is right?, you or WMIH?.... prove your assertion, or stop posting this nonsense....
