yep and both the staff in NY and his personal secretary in DC testified to that...Cohen only went there a couple times but normally, since it was a years worth of checks, they just mailed them back to NY to be distributed.
I forget who the the one guy in his organization who was authorizing payments in the beginning but Trump ended up ripping him and Weisselburg a new ass for paying bills without trying to negotiate prices first. He told them to never pay the full bill and he took it back over from there. Real stand up guy.
