The only way to really get anything done at the border was to pass a bill from Congress and we came so close but your pathetic selfish greedy pri&k ruined it for the whole country. A bill passed by Congress can be challenged in Court as unconstitutional but it's a pretty high bar to climb unlike an executive order that is often defeated plus Congress can override the Supreme Court which has happened 5 times I believe.
