No, they're not out of touch because they continue to support and protect the programs that most positively impact the people you claim they've turned their backs on; SS, Medicare and the ACA. Plus there's that pesky insulin price cap that is so helpful to so many rolly polly West Virginians.
Please catalogue the GOP support for the middle and lower classes. And I don't mean by that hating the people that they hate.
