I don't care what rates do. We have seen $COOP perform under both high, and low. I would actually argue higher might be better.. but it's a moot argument, as they do well under both environments.
Yes! It is pretty genius. It's not a new concept, as people have been able to sell on their own. But this makes it easy, which is a word people love. I hope they're successful!! Will most likely take a few years to catch fire, if it ever does.
But if it does!!!! Xome will be an absolute stand alone monster. Which would be awesome for us!
I've followed lots of companies, and $COOPs story, is probably my favorite. I think $SBNY has the potential to become an amazing story also. Massive bank failures, can be pretty cool! 😎
