this whole thing is bizarre what I dont get is how can they not let their front man, keith know they were going to make an offering, or did they??

what I have a hard time processing is the difference in what his stock & options positions value will be at open vs what it would have been 65-70 open

@ 67= 335M
@40= 200M
135M difference🙀

and same with options considering the multiplier value if opened over $65
