Who knows, maybe he did his research and saw the ENZN with the previous management and their science wasn't going anywhere, these activists investors do their own research, not sure if it was a mistake or not, but they sold the assets for 300 million dollars, where is that money and where is the science. Biotech are hard one for sure, I personally love biotechs with promising science and I don't know enough about ENZN to know what his motive was to kill this former biotech, but based on the filings looks like they stopped the trials.
