What's an IDA?
And where did the OSC visit him except by mail?
And what do you think Mr. Vucicevich stated to Mr. Rennie that was questionable? He told Mr Rennie that he was questioned by two investigators from the RCMP.
lol..What did you expect the investigators to say to him...Gee Mr. Vucicevich... you're under arrest?
Sheeeesh...They interviewed him...he cooperated fully...agreed to a recorded interview..and now they're following through with an investigation... to see if there was anything wrong with the manner in which they sold shares set aside for the company... and whether it conforms to securities laws in their being exempt from need for prospectus being sent before hand.
Usually companies just dillute share value by issuing more shares. This company didn't. This company actually ended up retiring 75 million shares. They didn't even bother to PR it.
Wanna start rattlin' off the toppa your head any pink stock company that permanently retired their own shares without PR'n the event??
