) are paying for and completing a 2022 and 2023 audit on a company ( $SPZI) they merged with in Dec 2023. The vast majority of the information needed to complete the audit must come from former $SPZI owners and employees. That takes time.

The audit is in process. The audit will get done.

Everyone must make their own financial decisions. One opinion for your consideration: an investment in $SPZI will provide massive gains for those who can hold throughout the time necessary for the team to build our business.

If that was reported to the SEC they would put Park and Thompson under a microscope - that is securities fraud as they are promising massive gains for those that hold.

That is disgusting and Spooz should be suspended for false and misleading information information on the cesspool of pumping - Twitter.
