Thought it was supposed to happen by april 30 based on the def14c, no? But i too feel it could have been denied based on the information that the outsanding shares hasn't changed yet. it's just they should at least communicate and provide updates on what they're doing. other than that, the management team is mute, and that's kinda sketch going forward
