No way to value it until the SEC Form 10 is filed, except as an oversold EM active company with 4 active Prodigy Subsidiaries with solid potential
They would, and I would, prefer they be late, than rush it at this point, and risk another huge Opps delay...
I have no doubt they want it current as bad, or worse than we do.
Rushing causes mistakes, and delays....
